Return & Exchange Policy

30-day return window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in the original packaging with all tags and hardware included
- Not be a non-returnable item (see below)
How to initiate a return
To start a return, email us at team@furnish.madethis.app with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back before receiving return authorisation.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Furniture that has been assembled
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size, colour, or item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email team@furnish.madethis.app with your order number and the item you would like instead. We will confirm availability before processing.
