Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships.
Estimated delivery
Most domestic US orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Large or bulky items (e.g. sofas, bed frames) may require additional handling time.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. Free shipping is available — threshold TBD (store owner to configure). Standard shipping rates apply below the threshold.
Shipping carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on your location and the size of your order. Carrier choice is at our discretion and may not be changed after an order is placed.
Order tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as your order ships. Use the carrier's website to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of ordering, please contact us at team@furnish.madethis.app.
International shipping
We currently ship to domestic US addresses only. International shipping is not offered at this time. We hope to expand in the future — check back or sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Carrier delays
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email us at team@furnish.madethis.app within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
